Interesting place. Good coffee. Signage in English would have made it even more interesting.
Would love to have had a view but alas we were in the clouds all the way. Took 3.5 hours including a picnic in the refuge at the top.
Gorgeous spot, albeit a bit busy. Great for a swim followed by a picnic on the rocks.
Easy to reach and nice quick warm up for other more authentic and demanding waterfall hikes. Had been quite rainy when we were ther so the water was brown
We enjoyed our visit to chute 2. Nice walk down a sensible path and able to get good pics as not too many people there at the time. Did not attempt walks to other chutes.
Too many people. Did not stop!
Little bit harder to reach it but a awesome place with no much turists!
Hired 2 double kayaks from Kristal at a pretty good price of €20 pp for 4 hours. This was sufficient time for a trip to Pigeon Islands. We rowed around both of the islands (don’t do this unless you are proficient because it’s pretty tough round the back). We also snorkelled at the sandy beach, the stony beach and the rocky beach (latter only accessible on foot from the stony beach). Much of the coral is dead but it is regenerating and beautiful. Wonderful fish also. Definitely worth doing.
Great place, great owner. The tour was only in french and we do not really speak the language but nevertheless, we had printed guides in english and we could follow all the conversation. The domaine is impressive and so is also the passion of the owner. Definetly, a top destination on the island. Very interesting and beautiful experience.
